Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 29 March 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of full fibre broadband services by Lytii (a subsidiary of Ivx Group, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17080224, registered address: Suite 70, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 2EW, United Kingdom) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to residential and business customers (“you” or “your”) within the United Kingdom. By ordering our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions
  • Service: The full fibre broadband internet access provided by Lytii.
  • Equipment: Any hardware provided by Lytii, including but not limited to routers, Optical Network Terminals (ONT), and cabling.
  • Minimum Term: The initial fixed period of the contract as specified in your Order Confirmation.
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
2. The Service

2.1. Lytii provides full fibre (FTTP) broadband. We aim to provide a continuous, high-quality service; however, as with all network services, we cannot guarantee it will be fault-free or available 100% of the time.
2.2. Our services feature no data caps and symmetric (streamlined) upload and download speeds, subject to the technical capabilities of the hardware used and the specific plan selected. We aim to provide the speeds advertised, but actual speeds can vary due to factors outside our control such as your in-home Wi‑Fi setup and the limits of your devices.
2.3. The Service is for use at the premises specified in your order. You may not resell the Service to third parties without express written consent from Lytii.

3. Orders and Installation

3.1. All orders are subject to survey and availability. We reserve the right to decline an order if the infrastructure cannot support the connection at your location.
3.2. We will arrange an engineer visit if needed. You agree to grant us (or our partners) access to your property to install the necessary Equipment. If you do not own the property, you must obtain the landlord’s written permission before installation.
3.3. Standard installation is included unless specified otherwise. Any “non-standard” installation requirements may incur additional charges, which will be quoted to you before work begins.

4. Contract Duration and Cancellation

4.1. The contract starts when we confirm your order, and this Agreement begins on the date your Service is activated. It usually lasts for 12, 18, or 24 months depending on your plan (the “Minimum Term”).
4.2. Cooling-off Period: Residential customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of the date the contract is entered into without giving a reason. If the service has already begun at your request during this period, you may be liable for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
4.3. After the Minimum Term, the contract will continue on a monthly rolling basis at the prevailing standard rate unless cancelled by either party with 30 days’ notice.
4.4. If you terminate the Service before the end of the Minimum Term, you will be liable for an Early Termination Charge, calculated based on the remaining months of your contract.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1. You agree to pay all monthly subscription fees and one-off charges in advance via the payment method specified during signup (typically Direct Debit).
5.2. Lytii reserves the right to increase prices. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes.
5.3. Failure to pay on time may result in a late payment fee, restriction of your Service, or suspension of your Service.

6. Equipment

6.1. Any Equipment provided by Lytii (including a Lytii router, unless otherwise stated) remains the property of Lytii. Please look after it.
6.2. You are responsible for keeping the Equipment safe and in good working order. If the Equipment is damaged through misuse, you may be charged for a replacement.
6.3. Upon termination of the Service, you must return the Equipment to us in the manner we specify. Failure to return Equipment within 14 days of termination may result in a non-return fee.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.1. You must not use the Service for any illegal, immoral, or improper purposes.
7.2. You must not use the Service to distribute malware, send spam, or perform any action that interferes with the integrity of our network or the internet experience of other users.
7.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service immediately if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Maintenance and Faults

8.1. We will perform scheduled maintenance to keep our network running smoothly. Where possible, we will provide notice of planned outages.
8.2. If you experience a fault, you must report it to Lytii support as soon as possible. We aim to resolve faults within the timeframes specified in our Service Level Agreement for your specific plan. Business plans have higher priority support and different Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

9. Liability

9.1. Lytii is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, or data.
9.2. Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.3. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Data Protection

10.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
10.2. By using our Service, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of managing your account, billing, and technical support.

11. Governing Law

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
